Very friendly and professional. However, I don't believe they are really getting invested in getting us the maximum return. They never ask us about expenses or inform us as to any new credits. Also their preparation price jumped for us from $200.00 to $300.00 in a year. We will be seeking out someone else to prepare our taxes from now on.
