One clerk in particular is very rude and not helpful
Beyond lazy. Had a package addressed to a location that is right next to this Post Office & they returned it to the sender claiming they couldn't find the address. Workers are unsympathetic & make no attempt to actually do their jobs. I wish I could give negative stars.
The workers are always complaining and would rather talk in the back then serve the paying customers who pay the USPS inflated postage fees and did i mention you need a jeep to drive threw there parking lot i swear the moon has less holes in it!
Packages to be delivered on a certain day do not get delivered What is your problem ? Laziness I would guess Let’s get it together people
I went to the USPS at 18088 to purchase 15 Holiday Stamps. The CSR said I had to buy 20 since 20 come in a packet… Note: I been buying stamps at this office for 10+ years and you can buy what you need WITH NO ISSUES. I explained, I don’t need 20 but 15 stamps. She explained that she can sell me 15 NON HOLIDAY stamps. I agreed. Upon payment, I received 10 generic and 5 religious (not my religion) stamps. I explained that under my religious beliefs I could not use these 5 stamps provided! She said sorry all sales are final. I said, I DON’T WANT A REFUND BUT AN EXCHANGE. She said sorry, these are all I have! I requested to buy 5 more stamps non-religious and she opened a chest full of stamps!! I said so you do have non holiday stamps…and crickets. However, she still REFUSED to exchange the 5 stamps and instructed me to speak to the postmaster! Upon waiting 5 mins for the postmaster, she (postmaster) quickly and kindly exchanged my stamps!! All this prior was unnecessary extremely dissatisfied and discriminated against!!! Will never go back!!!!
