Very nice area. Some people seem to have a stigma against mobile home parks/developments, but it's set up in a great way. I don't live in the area, but have a friend that does. If I was looking for a home in that area, and was looking at a budget within that price range, I'd definitely consider living there. Check it out
Owned by a corporation. Rent increases significantly every year for lot rent. Office does not return calls or answer written requests. Office not open weekends. No pool. No tennis or clubhouse. Dinky park for kids. 600 PLUS for rent. Nosy old man trash picker is all up in everyone's business.
Love living here, Its quite clean and plesent. The park staff are wonderful and and make an active effort to stop and get to know the residents. on the rare occasions we've had issues they've always been sorted out quickly and in a professional manner. Five stars all around.
